Rowan multistem (Sorbus)
£207.00 - £447.00*
Clusters of white flowers in spring produce bunches of small red berries by September that are a treat for birds and wildlife ahead of winter. Rowans prefer shorter day lengths and do not thrive in areas with excessive reflective heat and light such as paved and other hard surfaces. Ideal for gardens and borders, it thrives in most soils though best suited to rural gardens. These bushy multistemmed versions of arguably the most attractive native tree are a superb choice for windy sites where standard trees may be damaged.
