Variegated Tulip (Liriodendron)
£252.00*
It makes a well ordered tree of pyramidal habit and is best in the spring with lovely bright yellow margined leaves that fade to greenish yellow by the end of summer. It is deep rooted and wind resistant, and does best on well drained fertile soils. A magnificent tree for contrast, it always seems to draw the eye though the treescape. Not as free flowering at maturity as its parent but this matters little with all that foliage to enjoy.
Species available: Liriodendron tulipifera Aureomarginatum.
