Being a deciduous conifer, this Redwood is of great botanical interest, and is now very popular for its great pyramidal habit and rapid growth. Very large, it makes a lovely parkland tree with its fine foliage turning deep golds and brown in the autumn. This contrasts well against water and as the foliage is so fine a pond or lake is not readily silted up by the leaves as they fall in autumn. It needs plenty of water to get it established but when it gets going they readily thrive on most soils.

The sizes of trees supplied is governed by the pot size they are grown in. The approximate sizes of the specimens will be determined by the species.
